@chrismendoza Montclair can be a tough nut to crack, its a desirable area but taxes and the amount people are willing to pay over asking makes it tough for numbers to make sense, there are other areas that you can invest in though if youre looking for an upper middle class + tenant where the numbers make a bit more sense but don't expect huge amounts of cashflow
