I served 4 years in the US Navy and currently work in the Hospitality industry.I have had an interest in REI for quite some time now, I purchased a program ($2,500) a couple years ago but did nothing with it as I was working two jobs and was "overwhelmed" which should have been no excuse but you live and you learn.

I am planning to move back to Louisiana in a few months and would like to get my real estate license.Does anyone how the best online program that I could study now and then take the Louisiana real estate exam when I move back in a few months? 

It's fairly straight forward and easy to use and it's a free online accounting program that I can access anywhere.

when I look back one of my best years in buying foreclosures was 2004.. now I attribute that to the fact that the internet had not fully taken off Regarding RE.. so you still needed to have those particular set of skills that I learned from the 1970's on... now with the interenet its flooded the market with investors who here to fore would have never competed with me as it would have been to tough and complicated.Even BP is  perfect example of free on  line training.. for better or worse depending on your perspective.

The buyers do not want Jim Bob fresh out of training that has little to no clue what he is doing.

I have about 15 years of experience in web programming and I'm sure I can steer you where you need to go.

HOWEVER one is part of some rehab program and I couldnt even find a bed in there.. he hasnt trashed the place but I basically came in he had no shirt on, skinny as hell and seemed like he was seeing stars.
