According to this Gallup survey, real estate is the most trusted asset class no matter the household income level of respondents. 

Doubt it makes a noticeable change long term. 

What was the reason behind the term change?

Through a quick google search I came across the term "Transfer on Death" (TOD).

BP Family - I am currently under contract to purchase a long term rental home and will be closing on July 12th.

We are looking to grow our flipping business this year as well get into holding properties as our long term wealth strategy.

Bought it with hard money and then refinanced in a long term DSCR loan.
