Hi Heath, Yes there are a couple spots around DC that have spotty sales comps (sometimes none in the previous year, within 10 blocks).

To me once you get the land assuming it is zoned for such, it seems like a pretty easy thing to get started on because you can grow it as your business grows.If I were to do it, assuming you had the land which is a hurdle, I'd start off just renting spots in a field.

The whole situation is just eating away at me, I think the realtor/neighbor is a scumbag,(sorry, its just my personal opinion, and I'm usually spot on when reading people) and he is counseling the sellers to not want the house to sell for cheaper because it will make the value of other houses in the neighborhood, (its a real snooty neighborhood) which includes HIS HOUSE, go down.
