We live in an area that is changing for the better but we still have the occasional disturbance; not only do my wife and I call separately from our cell phones but we text neighbors and tenants to call the police at the same time too.

Your address is that used as your tax home, the address on you driver's license, where your insurance policy is written as a primary residence, it has no relevance to how many nights you are sleeping there, so long as you aren't sleeping in the same place more than half the year.
