I think this is a great list!

We decided several years ago that landlording was not the right fit for our family, and I'm thinking of toe-dipping into the crowdfunding services to see if it works for us.  

If so, what do you think of it? 

So even though property values may have skyrocketed, the taxing authorities aren't able to jump the taxes as much because of the limits the grandfathering puts in place.BUT... as soon as you buy a new home, or transfer it to a new entity (think LLC)... all that grandfathering goes away, and the taxing authority will bring  you up to that new Just Market Value".  

I go to school in Orlando and my mother lives in Fort Lauderdale, which i think are really good areas to invest I THINK.

I do think I need to iron out having the right team in place as that is the advice I most often hear. 

But now trying am struggling to find a good deal.Primarily thinking of Cleveland, Austin and Peoria.Any recommendations if this looks like a good place to start?

If so, what neighborhoods in those cities do you think have most potential? 

I need to fill out a quit claim deed in Oklahoma and I found the paperwork on county site but I do not know what goes where it says parts with a blank after them.
