Hi Katrina,First piece of advice stay away from stocks the market is to volatile. 

I would recommend selling both pieces of land.In my opinion, Rents are going to keep on increasing even if we go into a recession.

I can systemise and equate any success into a formula, and 10x it.School teaches you discipline, not give up, patience..A degree you are passionate about is not just a piece of paper.

Couple additional things: We pay for high quality photos and create marketing pieces and push it out to our market.

A Russian-roulette equation – usually win, occasionally die – may make financial sense for someone who gets a piece of a company’s upside but does not share in its downside....

The single most important piece to success as an out of state investor to me is your network in that city.  

Two of the units are 1/1 and have a normal layout, and the 3rd unit is a 3/1 that seems to have been pieced together by combining a 1/1 unit with a garage or something like that.

I think I'm reiterating what @Andrew Bosco is stating about piece of mind.  

Citing that piece of true information gives no information about the desirability or value of Chicago's real estate.To even make any generalized statement like "Chicago is undervalued" is ridiculous.

@Michael Salamone  keep in mind the interest rate is only one piece of the overall equation.
