Kinda weird that for 2018 taxes I had 7-8 K-1 partnerships and the QBI with multiple columns thing didn't happen.I just don't know if it would be better to pursue the software and wait on the phone for the H&R reps, or just find a CPA to do taxes (both of which would probably take a long time) as I would need to send all my Excel spreadsheets with my individual rentals, depreciation schedules, etc.I was looking for a CPA that could do my taxes (single filer no LLCs), and provide periodic tax strategy to me throughout the year to save me on taxes.. for about $1000-2000 per year.

I currently use coldcall but each data base that a buy i only get 20% of the phone number after searching on Canada 411 or locate family...What is you best method of prospecting multi residential property owners RegardsSteven

Sometimes peolple get so offended and they swear at us and call us names and hang up. 3 months go by and we get the same person on the phone.

If low balance loans is what you are looking for just start Monday by picking up the phone and calling everyone.

Lot of people taking BIG hits in this business, I'm just grateful we still have semi winter and I've had to keep someone on full time just to handle cancellations through this spring and summer season and stay on the phone all day with Air B&B and VRBO issues to get cancellation fees back.

What resources do you use to obtain both the mailing address and phone number for a specific neighborhood? 

I was able to communicate with him through many text messages every few days or so, to track progress, and had a total of 1 phone call since work started to discuss additional things I wanted done after work started.The rehab took 5 weeks, as we had agreed on from the start, and everything came out great.Keys were passed over to my property manager and the property was listed for rent at $1,895.
