Not sure what exactly what you mean by that.Are you asking if an insurance policy would cover the cost of these types of things?

@Jason Lee described my experience pretty well- I didn’t join a brokerage, and honestly, I’m lousy at self-promotion.  

There have been quite a few podcasts on finding deals, but I wanted to reach out to this community specifically for a few questions not often covered in the interviews:1) How do you get spun up on the new market you move to in order to shorten the time it takes to find your first deal?

It has private backyard, garage and privacy but lack amenities covered by townhouses.

Could be the payoff got lost in the mail, could be that it was never sent.This happened to me and my title insurance covered it 

On your side though, you have to make sure you get enough money up front from them to cover these payments.  

Or take a smaller mortgage that will be more likely to be covered with the rental income in it's entirety but not have a huge exit number?
