Hey everyone,So now that some time has passed, and I got that rental up to par (and the slap across my face has healed ); I am ready to get some help in trying to see if can try  and get some of my money back that we believe WellsFargo might still have.

There can be no direct or indirect benefit in either direction between the IRA and a disqualified party - which includes you, your spouse, lineal family, or entities owned by lineal family.While there are those out there promoting on the internet that you can "partner with your IRA", doing so is complex, limited to very rigid situations, and is not risk free from severe IRS penalties.When an IRA invests in real estate, all costs must come from the IRA and all income flows to the IRA. 

This IS the problem with people promoting dishonesty and deception.

[I'm not promoting it or any other].I don't know the various areas, and/or any other reasons why you'd want to buy 6 x $50k doors in one building, rather than (say) 6 x $50k doors scattered around the suburb.But I do reckon you owe it to yourself to at least check out other available options.All the best.

Unfortunately, there are lots of FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS rampant on BP promoting this very garbage.

3) An extension of #2, when skiptraced numbers are inaccurate, I would like to promote the lead to direct mail marketing.

Not only written materials related to agency activities, but as to anything dealing in real estate, including your own portfolio, any educational materials provided concerning real estate, any promotional materials you might use to advance any real estate activity???

The no soliciting/self-promotion policies make it easy to exchange ideas and ask questions without wondering what everyone's true intentions are.
