This sounds like a lot of pain, but I guess you could try it with one unit to see...For the others I would rent these on a much longer term basis, such as a 6 month or 12 month minimum pursuant to standard screening checks.  

Depending on which operating system you use, you can swipe all the way to the left (past the home screen), or pull down from the center of the screen and it will bring up the search option on your phone.

Easy to shoot from your phone and a little something more for a prospective buyer to look at.

But realistically, we will most likely be interested in investing out of state with no personal contacts other than referrals, through hopefully the BP forums, or reviews online and by vetting them out over the phone.
