It would definitely be a higher blue collar/white collar area.

Real estate is hyper local, there may be net migration out of chicago when count the south and west side but if look at blue line corridor, west loop, lakeview, rogers park, etc. its on fire and growing rapidly.

For my family of 6 I now pay Blue Cross $1300/month for personal choice.

On the lighter side, just saw a cartoon of Homer Simpson going in to vote.

I even painted "haint blue" around the windows and doors to keep evil spirits out, after returning from a trip to Savanah GA and the Gullah low country of South Carolina.

The bath has a nice "retro" look with a blue-and-white tile floor, white 4 x 4 standard wall tiles and light blue bullnose trim along the top.

There are some good blue collar communities in the east end of Henrico County by the Richmond airport. 70's & 80's ranchers abound in Sandston, Cold Harbor, Highland Springs areas.Happy hunting!

These tenants have been there for almost 5 years and are blue collar workers so I leave them alone.
