I keep up on the out of state properties by using the key word alert "turnkey" I have lots of hits every day.

Ask a couple of questions and you can always come back and ask more, I've seen 20 questions asked in a post and that is just to difficult for anyone to address accurately.Titles to your thread, IMO, need some thought, might search it and see if it's been used before, might use key words to trigger respondents too.
