I just joined BP......what an awesome site!!

I am joining this forum to learn about the different aspects I can take my investing and how to be successful.

This post turned out to be longer than I intended, you’ve been warned :)I joined BP a few months ago, but just recently started really diving into the site and can’t get enough.A little about myself, and where I want to go.I live in San Diego, and was thinking of buying something during the last market crash, but was glad I didn’t since I had no idea about the 1% rule and all the other tips and tricks needed to make sure property cash flowed.

Yes, read as much as you can on BP (podcasts are awesome) and join REIA.I jumped in with my partner who had a few deals under their belt, and we did the following: lost a deal, found a mentor, successfully putting in offers, and growing a healthy buyers list.

The reason I would like a 2nd as opposed to joining the title is because I want the opportunity to foreclose on that second (paying off the 1st) after 6 months if contractor doesn't perform as expected.

My wife and I joined when we married in '97.

I am here to learn from other investors and would like to join a meetup group.
