I also have electronic lock boxes and can grant a temporary pass code for the lockbox that would grant the vendor access if the tenant is away (usually they are at work when the vendor would be able to go in) but then the code will be deleted shortly afterwards - since I put this post up I have been looking into that and think it could work granted I would need to provide the necessary notification.

Cool thread.While I'm still in the Big 4 world where I work as an international tax attorney(I'm typing this from my cube), I became re-inspired to pursue real estate investing back in December 2016 when on vacation in Jamaica.

A lot of my jobs can be from international, NorCal or SoCal or basically anywhere.

Depending on where you at in life I would highly recommend interning or working for a multifamily firm to accelerate the process and get true hands-on experience.
