One thing I am inclined to provide is good quality metal mesh water lines so they don't bring their crusty crappy dry rotted 15 year old water lines when they move in my unit and then wonder why they break and flood the unit.

Should have done this years ago, just really liked my old metal case flip phone, all I ever did was take or make calls.Did you know this thing counts the number of steps I take during the day, if I climb stairs it counts them and how many floors up I go?

I pay for the water so it doesn't make sense for me to let them do that in unit anymore.I have a proposal from WASH to install the units, maintain them, and then give me a check for 50% of the gross every month.- Is this a good deal for me and comparable to what other companies could offer me?
