Hey everyone, I'm looking at making a deal on a property in Vista, CA for a potential Vacation Rental/AirBnB that, based on what I've seen should generate good cash flow.

Initially I was going to live in the garden solo until a friend out of the blue asked where I was living and things just fell into place.

The price they're asking is a pretty big initial commitment at first, especially for someone who's just starting out.
