I don't think I necessarily agree, since your opinion of the real estate cycle might differ, just like banks risk profiles and desired portfolio components will vary, and it is up to them what type of risk they want to assume.

I was under the impression that WCAP referred to World Class Athlete Programs in finance.

If I could go back and find a highly competent, well-informed mentor for that amount of money, I'd jump on the opportunity in a heartbeat.The most I paid for real estate coaching was $150 and while I haven't totally stepped on my crank yet in the five years since I bought my first investment property, the speed at which I've progressed has not impressed me greatly.

I'm not that impressed so far.Anyone out there have feedback on any affordable systems that you are using?
