Unless your phone is rining off the hook and you have other more profitable deals to check out - I would go through your whole process with this couple - and then not buy.I would fill out your forms (if you have them) - go see the home - do your walkthrough - do your research etc....everything.This is where you learn and get comfortable talking to people and doing your thing - so when the " real calls" come in your ready and more prepared.I have had hundreds of "helpers" along the way - the first tenants to who called me - the first people wanting me to buy their home and on and on and on - Take advantage and learn!
