Like many other members have said on here, once you start its hard to stop!

I have clients that have a hard time making this switch.

I have always tried to work hard and be an honest person with anything do.

I've learned the hard way how good this advice actually is.

So it might make it hard to make money if the market is saturated with VRBO's already.

The roof is dropping currently at the same place it was fixed, when it rains hard. 

The issue is the home won't qualify for a conventional loan and they don't want to go after hard money due to the expense, and have asked about seller financing. 

I would do a very hard due delienge before making a decision to purchase there.

Even if you could predict when, and even if you when you were in it, you are missing deals that you could be making...waiting for something that is hard to define until years after it has happened.Here's my tagline at the bottom of all my emails:  "The things that come to those who wait, are the things that are left behind, by those that get there first".

I'm getting a sense that this is how it really works, depending on whether or not folks at the local housing authority are hard-@sses (please excuse my french).
