Today i was informed to remove one of their names from the new lease because she moved out of state.

I did a full demo on a 1931 bathroom and there was 2 inches of concrete underneath the floor tile and wall tile, and it was impossible to remove any tile without having to also remove the concrete.

Their insurance will cover pack-out and pack-in moving services which will remove all their personal belongings and place them in a storage unit.

Your cost is almost entirely in the tear out-removing tile is very expensive.

Can you share any tips to remove a tub spout?

Hey all,I'm currently rehabbing a split level house that has a 16' x 8' deck in the front of the house.The deck is built about 4 feet from the ground and leads to the front door.I had my landscaper remove a ton of overgrown weeds/ brush from underneath/ around the deck, but now it looks quite bare with the exposed beams atop a pile of mulch. 

Once the damaged drywall was removed and the area was remediated, I had the home inspected by a mold testing company.

I used a drain zip tie (not sure what the real name is) and pulled out a long, gross mess of hair, shampoo, and hopefully not much else.

Once es I take possession, then I can remove the tenants and do the remodel with my own funds, and refinance when I’m done with the rehab. 

They have removed the listings completely as of 09/01.Has anyone had this happen?
