I'd also guess that this value will be tied to actual condition of the property vs saving the bank an adminstrative burden/quick closing...And if the condition is bad enough to knock 20k off, it'd probably impact the appraisal your retial buyer will likely need...

I don't remember where the bible says that this is all ok, but I guess there's probably a commandment that says don't pour concrete down the pipes or load the heating vents with dead fish, but no specific commandment about sabotaging doors handles.I'm not trying to bash Christians here, by the way.
