It really helps align your interests with the realtor and get an advocate in your corner fighting for your offer to be accepted. 

Either is difficult to get a claim from, but an attorney will fight to keep their claims from E&O being paid, title insurance companies are in a different boat, still  difficult to get money out of them but they pay out millions every year.......just say'n who do you want ensuring that tings are done correctly?

I got in touch already with a local realtor and she is going to connect me to a lender, I should be receiving an answer by tomorrow, but if nothing comes up from that I will continue to fight for my goals.

When it does affect you, you have issues getting a large number of supporters to join your fight.
