Hello All,I am looking to buy a rental property with my parent (full cash no loan) and we are trying to figure out how we should set up the agreement in order to get the least amount of taxes paid and most amount of profit made.

(My spouse just landed her first gig and is projected to start in November 2024) and we are ready to invest starting fresh in 2025 with minimal payments left on loans, etc.

Hello, we are in the process of pherchasing our first property( Hopely) Seller is a bit motivated to sell and we want to do short term rental. when you submitting offer how do you guys calculate?

We are retiring in a few years and will likely make less than that next year. 

We are not in rent control zone.

However, we want to move to a new state (NC) from where we are currently (FL).

For the moment we are focusing on SFH and Duplex's till we get the swing of things.

We are also getting a ton of terrible applications. 

In short, the best savers and investors will lose most.With that said, are there any investors or real estate professionals that would or have settled real estate transactions in alternative assets such as Bitcoin or Gold?
