And I don't mean building fake rapport just to get the sale.

Just because the guy is using caps excessively, has poor punctuation, and says he's out of town doesn't necessarily mean hes a fake.

Fake granite laminate, cherrywood color cabinets at local discount store and on sale glass tiles at home depot.

Some of these are folks working at Plant Vogtle (electricians, pipe fitters, plumbers, etc.); single guys working six and seven days a week, 10 to 12 hour shifts making great hourly wages.  

I don't recall the model, but had that "fancy" fake leather feel to the opener that goes in your car. 

However, now the implicit assuming is that they are just shills, fake accounts, marketing accounts, etc. and not actual users providing genuine (positive) feedback.
