Look in Hershey, Palmyra, Hummelstown and Middletown.You probably want to avoid anything with Harrisburg school district.

Texas Tech is enormous and a big economic driver bringing in 30k+ students plus faculty each year, tons of sports fans for STRs, along with the dual top-flight medical centers at both Covenant and TTU HSC.

The best way to verify as fast as possible AND be factual, is identify an address with parcel number, call SCE and Water district, ask for potential fee and lead time, you deal BS with BS, so you need to tell them you're in the process of buying it (or even say you're in escrow).

The property is in a great location with plentiful shopping options and near excellent transportation links, while still being in the coveted Glenview School District.

My first week here I saw an awesome 3b/1b that is cash only offer in an awesome side of town with good school district going for 55k and ARV is 155k.
