Brandon Turner has a lot of videos on youtube, webinars on here, and other resources that are basically like a free college class on how to find and analyze a deal.

Meanwhile I had been pumping out beautiful flyers, a web site and even a video "walk through" of my building again to no avail.

I have my agent or another trusted person to a walk-through first for me to take additional pictures or video and then an inspection to know if I want to continue or not.

Besides your second flaw here is that you assume YOUR ad is the only one they will see.If they see your ad, and then an other companies ad, and they have a killer website 3000 testimonials a video and are everywhere on the net... do you REALLY expect to get anywhere based on sheer desire?

I don't really know Brandon Hall, but I've seen his posts and a couple YouTube videos of his, and I've been impressed.
