I have been attempting to pay off debt, but due to (being transparent) me fighting for the joint custody of my daughter and my daughter being admitted into the hospital, I'm facing a lot of debt additions.

What I see often amongst friends and acquaintances attempting flips is they over invest in the rehab.

The Contractor is paid immediately without having to wipe out cash flow for the month or having to attempt to negotiate a payment plan.

If there's gridlock, Chicago will attempt to use property tax hikes to pay these bills.
