@Paul Sassin, I would look up what is called "Subject to" financing.

The S-Corp allows you to pay yourself a salary, which is subject to withholding, and then take the rest of the profits as dividends (taxed at a lower rate).

You pay taxes upfront on the seed and the harvest (qualified distributions) will be tax free for the rest of your life.
