I could partner with someone, and have a few offers for partners for any deals I come across, the issue is I need a partner who has ALL the funds, and none to my knowledge meet that particular criteria.I'm not greedy, so I could wholesale it, but I would need to to make an offer, which means I still need a pre-approval -- also many of the deals are REO's so I'm not sure if wholesaling is even an option.....Any suggestions???

@Renee R.I don't think you can refinish it, but with as cheap as a lot of it is, I don't know how big of an issue that would really be.

I've been involved with the lead issue since the beginning attending and speaking out at all the city council meetings and town hall meetings.

I doubt many conservative Canadian banks are lining up to lend on properties with foundation issues and that may be why the buyers financing fell through.I am a cash buyer, so getting financing is not an issue. 

This issue seems like the owners cant resolve quickly , also found out they are having misfortune on their end at their primary residence.I know advice and suggestions of "don't do it" will pour out from you, and I appreciated it.

@Chris Grenier, I'm curious what are some of the specific issues or reasons with condo hotels in the Orlando area that you are recommending against.
