@Kristopher Sharpe If you are planning on house hacking, it's not a home run but it looks like a fairly solid deal with you being able to live there for between $300-$400 per month with the other side being rented at $1500/mo.

You can get newish construction, solid professional family renters in A & B properties that will appreciate as Austin continues to grow.

There is a property in the Lovettsville Virginia area that I am evaluating on whether it would (or would not) be suitable to become a solid SFR rental property.

If I do end up investing in my current location I will have built up a solid team and network of investors.
