With commercial lending they typically have higher rates but they all are ARM which I personally do not like mainly because I don't know how to manage the risk that is associated with them.

I’ve qualified for a conventional loan but I would like to put this house under an LLC and one bank told me they won’t do conventional under LLC only 5/1 and 7/1 arm loan at 20 year amortization.
