ARM and 15 year options aren't much better than the 30 year fixed.

With commercial lending they typically have higher rates but they all are ARM which I personally do not like mainly because I don't know how to manage the risk that is associated with them. 

Can anyone point me in the direction of a simple to use / create digital commercial property software ?

And a digital currency in Canada’s budget.  

I’ve qualified for a conventional loan but I would like to put this house under an LLC and one bank told me they won’t do conventional under LLC only 5/1 and 7/1 arm loan at 20 year amortization.

Personal decision, might look into some 10/1 arm’s to split the difference a little.

These companies manage a huge percentage of short-term rentals in South Texas and continue building by having a massive digital marketing budget.

If I'm writing the note I like to set it up as a 7 or 10 year ARM with 30 year term.
