In that time if stuff hits the fan other stuff might open up.

This development stuff is so in depth but super fun.

I installed river rock all around the house, put up gutters (the original ones had been damaged and useless), had neat drainage avenue's for all of the gutters (with the white PVC20/40, not the black stuff), and most importantly removed the concrete slab in the back patio and installed a patio sloping away from the house.

But to be honest with you, If you do not learn some construction skills, your progress will be a lot slower as contractors will be raking in the majority of your profits.Get a pro account on this site so you can access the PRO only blogs and avoid all the goofy stuff that can confuse you sometimes.Take NO advice from salesmen such as realtors/brokers.

All the stuff out there on the net seems more like noise than actionable information.
