If homeowners insurance discovers that there is a business operating inside of the residence and a fire or something devastating occurs that IS NOT Airbnb related, then what insurance will cover this situation?

We closed on a 165 unit stabilized multifamily with a value add component in a nice pocket on the east side near Lawrence back in September for essentially a 7% cap with huge upside potential. 

I personally think a lot of people are are mad because the “common man” discovered a way to become financially free!

Once you purchase the home and hire the company, you will quickly discover that the numbers you are paying are higher.

I’ve seen the claim of an “Absolute NNN” with “zero landlord responsibilities “ until you dig in and discover structure and roof are landlord responsibilities.You also look for a very different kind of broker.
