@Dean Harris was the top-producing Agent in Memphis in 2018 and we on-boarded new buyers all the time in the office because without them, life gets real rough real fast in this industry.Rant over; on topic: the general consensus is that our job is to present properties, so if those units and what they're earning/could earn work for you and your numbers, then I'm having a hard time coming up with reasons to be turned off by that.

Of course, the tile and sheetrock were ripped out, vapor barrier, backer board installed, new tile properly laid and grouted.

The city's planning department tells me I'll have to submit this form then it's up to the zoning officer if I'll be approved (they don't seem to have a clue what the zoning officer's requirements for approval are) or if I'll need to solicit neighbors within 200ft of the property to then go in front of the zoning board.

@Mitch Messer, I could see that and would be on board with it, BUT if that was the case then why not charge people for zombie listings...as in if you wanted to keep your ad up for X amount and did NOT update it then you have to pay a fee. or even if there was something like a deposit for posting on the site for a week or month or so and without updating it after you filled it then you would be charged.
