My new tenants appreciate having a building run by the landlord and not by some dirtbag tenant who strikes fear into his heart with a text message.I also make sure that any prospective tenant understands that a background check will show evidence of any matter brought in landlord tenant court no matter who initiates it.

This education has increased my confidence and brought me to this point. 

Several of them said i couldnt do it unless i brought all my things with them like car insurance home owners, etc.

But I wanted to throw it out there, because it was not brought up in any of the previous posts.

I started investing as a passive investor with an experienced group/operator through the syndication model where my participation was totally passive but allowed me to start my education in  the space beyond podcasts and books.I later started building partnerships with other operators and brought value to the relationship in different ways in order to earn my seat on the table (i.e. the active side of the deals). 

Our realtor just brought two possible condos to us for consideration.

Real estate agent brought it to my attention How did you finance this deal?

The Eagle Ford brought a lot of action to the area as @Cassie Villela said.

As a matter of fact thanks to creative financing, I brought $980.00 to the closing and walked out with a check of $30,000!
