@Cassi Justiz that's a very unfortunate situation I can definitely see how that could have broken a lot of trust.

However far you decide to look back, remember it could take more than one letter or phone call to actually speak with the personal representative so be consistent with your follow-up.

Offering to stop by someone's office or even have a phone call to explain how you could bring them value at no cost to them might be better received!

Collecting rent and answering the phone is easy, but getting the right handyman, that you trust to fix it right and for the right price can be trickier.
