A multifamily with built in streams of multiple income is never a bad thing, is it?

We always use a feasibility study to know that the facility is going to be profitable on its own, and then we look at additional revenue streams like putting a U-Haul location at the site, or RV and boat storage, or potentially non-climate controlled self storage developed in the parking lot as well.  

One two story one actually had a stream running through what was left of a crumbling basement for a while.

This enhanced the marketability of the property and stabilized the income streams.

I take a property off of their hands to get myself into the deal and they are able to continue that income stream hassle free.

There is a continuous stream of events that includes the Carolina Country Music Festival, numerous biker weeks, and collegiate and age-grade athletic events. 

I'm specifically interested in a buy-and-hold strategy for rental properties, with the goal of building a passive income stream.

We are excited because we can grow doors quickly and add different streams of income. 

There is a huge market for STRs in that area, so there is another revenue stream to consider.

But that hustle got me to FI quick and built a foundation for my blood line.
