I realize that BP doesn't have an Android App (even though 80% of smartphones activated run Android)....but is there any mobile version of the site (specifically the forums)?

We did receive a phone call the following day asking for our highest absolute offer, in which I did offer a higher number than my highest bid on the auction.  

Is it okay if I call the seller directly on the phone?

Inspectors will just make things up if you don't explain to them how to do their their jobs. the phone system is constantly broken, nobody ever responds to emails/messages unless they have to.
