Might I add that Friday Night Lights is a great show!!

I just settled a claim last Friday with Liberty Mutual for $164k that was the result of an icemaker supply line failure that occurred while the homeowner was on vacation. 

Tenant moved out on a Friday afternoon and my project mgmr met the tenant at the house; I went there Saturday morning at 7:00AM and it was gutted. 

By the way, I swear most serious plumbing issues get called in after 4 PM on Fridays...so be prepared!

I do work shift work and am on night currently for the rest of the month but do have 4 day weekends, with this coming Friday being the start of that 4 day weekend.

I am currently going throught the exact same situation.... original closing date was July 31 then pushed back to last friday the 14th now this whole week back and forth trying to get final Deed, HUD and POA signed to close we are waiting and pulling our hair out.!! 

I had to meet with a commercial loan officer for this to occur as well which my local branch only had every Friday - if you pursue this, they may not be in everyday dependent on the size of your city.

In place at the moment, we have in a rule that he can request access to the meters Monday - Friday as long as he is accompanied by another team member and this request will be met within 24 hours.
