If you are within walking distance to restaurants and shops, then 1 bedroom apartments are very attractive to young professionals.  

@Kal Seirafi  If they do end up leaving all of that refrigeration I would call a few local restaurant supply stores and HVAC companies. 

If a company in your community is struggling to make sales in foreign markets, this affects employment, pay salaries, and has an even broader affect outside the company - even the server at a restaurant will make less because the company employees eat out less.U.S.-- Did you notice the price of pizza from the major chains up to 2006?

How close is it from convenience stores, highways, pharmacies, restaurants, schools etc? 

It's usually $10 to attend and that pays for snacks that we order at the restaurant to get the room for free. 

Retail for the obvious reasons, stores and restaurants will be closing.

Service industry is being killed by bar/restaurant closings.

The property is a hotel and restaurant.

My next door neighbor also owns 4 restaurants and is building one right down the street from the new resort.
