I was able to finally talk to her in person yesterday, and she clearly looks like she is on drugs. 

Lastly, I believe the change in laws/regulations are brought up and voted for by their local administrations/people...not necessarily new residents from other states.Love and peace, from California.

BTW have a long history with US Bank having had decent in house financing when other lenders drug their feet.

Well mostly because this is where the drug dealers and hookers used to hang out less than 10 years ago.

Small Business Administration, so even the federal government has taken a close look at these individuals and approved them in spite of their past issues.In order to give these people the "OK", we require detailed documentation on their past offenses (with supporting court documents as proof), when they happened, how long ago they happened, and a thorough explanation of why it happened (and why it won't happen again).
