Take photos of the Comps, I assume that these Comps are also large acreage properties.That way, you have documentary evidence about the Comparables. 

In today's digital world, we are so used to simply searching the internet and picking something from the first few results of search, that we often joke around in the tech community that the best place to hide a crime evidence would be the second page of google search.

This is creating a backlog of potential listings.No one knows what local RE prices will do, but there is a lot of evidence that there is a backlog of listings. 

That doesn't become evident until you try and exit...... people think they will "hold forever", but most don't.... things change and you have to look at your exit plan too.

BP has a tonne of evidence in its member forums and podcasts to prove that.

Exactly what gives you such authority to dictate what any of us are or are not until we bring evidence to your "court" to "prove" our innocence of your accusations? 

Of course they sell an 'installed product' so it is not readily evident, but I want everyone to make money so they're around for the next job and the next....I see no point in being so tight with every dollar, it serves no one's best interests...not even the investor who is trying to pinch every penny.
