Whatever you do have a termination notice built in that you can exercise fast if things do not work out.

But be vewwy careful that you don't get upside down if it doesn't work out like you want.

I would not hesitate to do it again as long as the numbers work out,  GGood luck with your venture.

I know ... there is NO incentive for FCI working any harder and create a workout.

This also makes it hard to compare apples to apples when shopping around or comparing multiple markets.If you're a sophisticated investor with lots of real estate experience than "going it alone" may work out for you. 

Walk by the property frequently and you may get lucky catch the owners or contractors there ... basically, good, old fashioned detective work, which could actually be fun and highly educational for future acquisition skills even if this one doesn't work out for you (most don't, but if you keep trying then some do). 

Again, not sure exactly how that would all work out, I'm hoping some of the more experienced brains here can shed some light on the best way to go about this.Thanks in advance for any insight!
