That said, if you have a unique situation, it's very possible that the lender will be willing (or require themselves) to tailor the loans to you specifically. 

(Not to defend attorneys) I think part of the challenge is that each law suit is unique... they are just different enough that attorneys can't give specific answers, unless presented with a specific scenario.

Lots of great features and integrates with my websites and had a direct interface with Gmail and Linkedin.

For example, in the event that a house we rehabbed didn't sell for a couple of years, they would be guaranteed a share of the profits equal to at least the rate of inflation during that time period.I tried a couple of websites where you draft your own loan agreements, and couldn't find any that included these features.

Just wanted to see if anyone had additional input or ideas for this seemingly unique situation:I recently closed on a single family tenant occupied home with long term tenants.  

This home is at the Jersey Shore where this is a popular feature.

As a relatively new & unique higher end property, I assumed the tenant wanted to make sure their offer would be better than other competing bids in order to secure the property.
