Hello BP family, I have just recently finished my tests for becoming a licensed agent in the greater Phoenix metro area, and was wondering if anyone in the area had any suggestions as to where would be a good place to hang my license.  

I know they will leave because I raised the rent to make her leave (gave her the option to leave). 

Finally, I would think that people would go to Disney world significantly less when a recession occurs, so also make sure to stress test your business model for this case ...

It will come down to testing. 

Again havent tested it but my inclination is that I'm in these properties (with nice cashflow) until the neighborhood really takes off or I'm exiting to an investor at a cap rate that is attractive to them which is prop high single digits ie $65k-80k.  

I know it is something I want to test the waters at.  

I am interesting in buying an apartment complex for around $800K with the view to add value and raise overall worth to around $1M.

I've already followed up with one of your suggestions and I set up a meeting with a broker who was actually born and raised in the area I'm interested.

Expect to study a couple months and maybe take the test twice.
