If bought and sold as for a restaurant location, I think this could be sold for $200K fast, without doing anything with it.

I am brand new to the field with no previous experience.

We bought our first flip house at a live auction from Williams & Williams, I was the only person there but bidding against 4 other online buyers, the auctioneer took bids in an earpiece then announced them and looked at me to indicate it was my turn to bid.

Or if seller has multiple listings and you can buy them all.Example I bought two half duplexs (both sides) were being sold by direction of court.

I bought my 1st 4plex in Edinburg about 6 years ago as part of a short sale and that turned out really nicely.

I bought & rehabbed a house from 1000 miles away using my personal credit line.

I know two brothers in my area, who started investing the same time we did, bought 2 triplexes like us, and then sold it about 8 years later, and bagged over $100K appreciation for each, totaling $200K.

So if you bought for $50K, put $25K in, and it appraised for $100K... you could get you're full $75K back out.

I didn't use a realtor, but bought at an online auction, in this case Hubzu.
