3) Can I deduct real estate investing expenses/trips considering I do not have business bank accounts, have no legal entities setup, and I have a tech office job (I spend the majority of my week on my tech office job)?

Hi BP:I am new to real estate and I have a war chest to spend.

How much do usually budget to spend for rehab?

I'm thinking I should be protected because I'll have the inspection contingency in case way more than I'm thinking is required to get it rentable. 

Even people who can still afford to vacation will find a less expensive/more accessible place to go.Or, as @Lucas Carl mentioned, large properties designed for groups will probably take a big hit, as it'll be harder for all parties to spend the money to vacation together.I feel pretty secure with mine.  

People need to understand that the allowance doesn’t necessarily equate to how much you spend.

If you're looking to invest that's a lot of money you're spending on a depreciating asset and one that you can easily replace at for way cheaper??

You need to spend a decent time studying the topic.

Sometimes the economic development department or Chamber of Commerce will be helpful with traffic counts, demographics and local area spending power.
