Beautiful scenery and wildlife galore, lots to do outdoors, great schools, great medical facilities, quality of life is fantastic, most people spend less than ten minutes commuting to work, and we have amenities and money you normally wouldn't find in a city this size but without all the rich-people wackiness you will find in Jackson Hole. 

No one ever got rich from cash flow.Simplified case you are putting in 75k now and getting 150k out in 5 years.

I do have some cash reserves but being 18 I obviously dont have a ton of money and no rich uncles.

Thought I was rich because the most I ever made was min. wage working at Quiznos. 

Connections, insight, advice and collaboration is what I hope to get from this rich network.

I found a book called "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and it made me change the way I thought about a lot of things.

Where do gurus get their inspiration from when they create their get rich real estate investing programs?

As for educational resources - I would start with Rich Dad Poor Dad, Set for Life, and The House Hacking Strategy.
