FurnishedFinders.comIn my experience talking to hospitals has not been worth it for 2 reasons. 1) They have no incentive to find the nurse housing when the nurse has a stipend to find it themselves. and 2) Travel nurses are vetted so strictly that they wont release travel nurse information to outside parties.

If the lender decides to do a holdback you will need to bring even more money down because the loan money will be released through draws as stated above.
